Began as a Genesis 10 Senior Consultant to Midland Loan Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group Inc., and was later hired by Midland as a full-time software engineer. Midland is the leading provider of loan servicing, asset management, and technology for the commercial real estate finance industry. Their Enterprise!® solution is the first web-based loan management system for the commercial mortgage life cycle, servicing over $125 billion in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).

DoD-certified knowledge management startup company serving the military, public safety, and government sectors.

Senior Development Architect
Architected and developed RPS Evidence Tracker (RPS-ET) for the Relativity Police System, a fully integrated inventory management application with bar-coding capability that captured the chain-of-custody of evidentiary items throughout their lifecycle. Designed and implemented various product enhancements as well as a flexible licensing-key architecture for the Relativity Police System suite of applications (FBI NIBRS-compliant). The RPS Suite utilized VB.NET WinForms and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 technologies.

Retail banking software, mortgage servicing operations, commercial lending/wholesale banking.
